1949 Born February 13, Sydney
1953 Moves from Sydney to the Storrier family property, ‘Umagarlee’ in rural New South Wales
1967 Commences design studies at the National Art School, Sydney. In the same year he takes out the Sakura Colour Products Prize
1969 Becomes the youngest-ever winner of the Sulman Prize
1971 Designs set backdrop for Australian Ballet's production of Peter Sculthorpe's adaptation of Bach
1974 Storrier’s painting Australian Landscape is presented at Expo ’74 in Washington State, USA
1975 Marries Sharyn White at the Wayside Chapel in Sydney
1976 Expedition with artist John Olsen, Director of Australian Galleries Melbourne, Stuart Purves and naturalist Vincent Serventy to Lake Eyre
1977 First son Benjamin is born
1982 Tim Storrier’s second son Luke is born
1983 First solo exhibition held at Fischer Fine Art in London
1984 Commissioned by Sir Garrick Agnew OBE to travel to Egypt. This was to eventuate in two major solo exhibitions: Tickets to Egypt at the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Art Gallery of Western Australia
1989 Appointed as a Trustee of the Art Gallery of New South Wales
1990 After a solo exhibition in London with three works purchased by MOMA. Marries second wife Jane Reid
1993 Travels extensively through China. Tim Storrier: A Survey tours regional galleries in New South Wales and Victoria
1994 Awarded Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to contemporary art
1995 Moves to Bathurst New South Wales
1996 Along with John Olsen and Giles Auty, Storrier travels around Australia in a Beachcraft Baron. In the same year, third son George is born
1997 Travels to Nemrud Dagi, Turkey
1999 - 2000 Sherman Galleries organises a tour of group exhibition, The Rose Crossing: Contemporary Art in Australia of which Storrier’s work is included to Brisbane, Hong Kong, Singapore and selected New South Wales galleries
Currently lives and works in Bathurst, New South Wales

Multiple recipient of the Sulman Prize (1969 and 1984), Tim Storrier has participated in excess of 20 solo shows and numerable group shows in Australia and overseas including Expo ’74 in Washington State, USA
