1983 Graduate Diploma of Eduction, Sydney Institute of Education
1984 Graduate Diploma of Professional Art, City Art Institute, Sydney
1986 Awarded tenancy at Cite International Studio, Paris
1986 Travelled to Europe and New York on Marten Bequest Traveling Art
Scholarship
1989 Travelled to Egypt, Israel, Greece and Italy on Mercedes Benz Art Scholarship
1991-92 Master of Fine Arts, College of Fine Arts, University of NSW; Received a Graduate Research Award from Australia Post
1998-99 Commissioned by the City of Sydney for Olympic Park Murals, based on the life of Annette Kellerman, Cook & Phillip Aquatic Park
1999 Appointed as Official Australian War Artist for the Australian Army for their tour to East Timor, Australian War Memorial, ACT
